Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Planning or have already had a psychedelic experience?

If the word integration is new to you, I encourage you to go to my FAQ’s page to learn more!

I’m here to offer therapy sessions before and after a person chooses to ingest psychedelics independently. I offer confidential video sessions for intention setting and integration therapy. I create a therapeutic space to slow down and get curious.

Jo does work with clients to set intentions before a psychedelic experience and after to integrate the knowledge into your life.

Jo does not offer psychedelic assisted therapy or condone any illegal activities. She doesn’t sell, share, facilitate or know where to obtain any illegal substances.

  • My vision

I envision a world where people have access to diverse forms of education and healing. A world that rises up to address systemic and socioeconomic challenges. A world where black, indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) have an equitable foundation of access.

  • My mission

Increase our connection with self, loved ones, community and mother earth by integrating psychedelic experiences.

  • My beliefs

I believe therapeutic use of psychedelics and integration can radically transform our society.

I believe in the healing power of intentional use of psychedelics.

I believe health and healing are innate human rights, not privileges. (wording from Fruiting Bodies Collective)

I believe asking for help is a superpower.

There, Jo has noted a need for therapeutic spaces to exist to weave the psychedelic experiences into ones life. Thus, when Jo’s Journey Work LLC was created in January 2022.

She has her Masters in Social Work from University of Denver with a concentration in health and wellness & is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado.

There’s no commitment, pressure, or obligation.

Psychedelics can help you zoom out of your own life. To relate with your story in a new way. This paradigm shift can bring more mindfulness, gratitude, and love into your life. Integration can help in shifting a psychedelic experience from being a life changing moment to it being life changing in itself.
